On March 21, Professor Mark Carroll and Mrs. Sue Ng from University of Adelaide visited WSU and signed “3+1+1”interscholastic agreement with our university. President Zhou, Jin, Dean of Foreign Language School Xu, Qiumei and staffs of foreign office had an official talk with visitors. Professor Mark also had an announcement to introduce the “3+1+1” Program.
