Ara Institute of Canterbury is one of New Zealand’s largest and most diverse government tertiary institutions. Ara provides accessible and innovative vocational training for the entire Canterbury region. With campuses in Christchurch and Timaru we aim to produce graduates who are work-ready and equipped with internationally recognized qualifications and skills for a fast changing world.

•To develop general English language skills
